Started National Plastics Network in January 1995.
Nick has a solid and unique background in plastics. Nick started his career with GE Plastics at the Noryl® Plant in 1970 working in the QC dept., Headquarter Technical Service, Field Technical Service and Worldwide Technical Service .His experience monitoring formulations and extrusion lines, product testing, part design, tool design, molding troubleshooting and field failure analysis has made Nick a valuable asset to understanding and solving customers problems quickly. This has made the transition into sales easy due to the understanding of the molding operation and customer needs. NpN gained success quickly and has grown every year due to this knowledge, customer approval and the continued support of compounders.
Mike has been with National Plastics for over 20 years. His responsibilities cover working with customer purchasing agents when placing orders. He works closely with National Plastics Network's vendors to insure customer PO's are placed accurately and with the proper vendor depending on customer requirements. Once materials are shipped, Mike performs all product, MSDS, RoHS and Reach certifications. Invoices are generated and email to the proper customer accounting department. Mike also oversees National Plastics Network's accounting department to verify on time customer and vendor payments.
Nick has been with National Plastics Network for over 18 years. His responsibilities are coordinating and scheduling of all purchase orders with vendors so due dates are met. He confirms all orders with the customer to keep them informed. He monitors production of each order and reconfirms any changes to the customer making them aware of all situations.
Once orders are complete, Nick schedules and oversees all freight requirements to insure on time delivery. Nick also handles all pricing requests for quoting purposes.
